The Meridian Arts Foundation is a nonprofit cultural organization dedicated to supporting artists, presenting exhibitions, and making the arts accessible to everyone in our community.

Our History

Founded in 1988 by philanthropist and art collector Robert Meridian, the foundation has grown from a small private gallery into a comprehensive arts center with exhibition spaces, artist studios, education programs, and a nationally recognized grant program.

What We Do

• Present 28 exhibitions annually in our gallery spaces
• Award over $1.8 million in artist grants and fellowships each year
• Host an artist residency program supporting 12 artists annually
• Operate youth and adult arts education programs serving 3,000 students
• Maintain a permanent collection of over 800 artworks
• Host performances, lectures, and community events year-round
